TEACHER ACADEMY
The Columbus School District is proud of their professional development program designed to raise student achievement though quality instruction. This program is called Teacher Academy. The Teacher Academies are conducted by a cadre of professional development facilitators. The trainings are offered to CSD faculty during off-contract times. There must be at least 7 participants for each workshop in order for the workshop to be presented.
CEU Credit: Attendance at any of the CSD Teacher Academy trainings up to or exceeding five hours makes a participant eligible to apply for at least .5 CEUs. Participant hours will be tabulated at the end of each school year.
Directions for Registration
1. Teachers interested in participating in Teacher Academy Trainings, must go to PDNPJs and register within My Events.
2. Registration must be submitted 2 days prior to workshop date.
3. If deadline has passed, please email Melinda Lowe for availability.
